Welcome. I'm Aimee.

I’m a yoga teacher who is obsessed with strength, mobility, and thoughtful sequencing.

I believe yoga becomes more powerful when we slow down and pay attention to the details. My classes focus on building strength through control, using intentional transitions to develop stability, coordination, and confidence.

Instead of chasing advanced poses, we train the foundations that make them possible.

If you enjoy movement that is strong, structured, and purposeful, you’ll feel right at home here.

Movement has been part of my life for decades.

I started in the fitness world teaching high-energy group classes and personal training. For years I thrived on intensity, eventually teaching more than a dozen classes a week.

Later I shifted toward strength training and even stepped on stage as a bikini bodybuilding competitor.

But eventually my health changed. Chronic fatigue and inflammation led to a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease, forcing me to rethink how I approached training and recovery.

Yoga became the place where I rebuilt.

Slower, more intentional movement helped me develop a deeper understanding of strength, mobility, and how the nervous system responds to stress.

That experience reshaped the way I teach today.

Now my classes are designed to help students build strength in a sustainable way.

We focus on control rather than speed, transitions rather than static poses, and progressive layering rather than random sequences.

For students, this approach creates a practice that feels empowering and supportive.

For teachers, it provides a framework for designing classes that are clear, purposeful, and effective.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat to feel stronger in your body or to refine your teaching craft, my goal is simple:

Help you move with intention and build a practice that lasts.
