The Intentional Sequencing Method is a self-paced continuing education course designed to help yoga teachers create classes that feel clear, connected, and purposeful.
Rather than relying on memorization or habit, this course offers a practical framework for class design that supports logical progression, effective preparation, thoughtful transitions, and long-term sustainability for both students and teachers.
Through a guided eBook, class-planning prompts, and reflective practice, teachers learn how to design yoga classes that make sense to the body and feel cohesive from beginning to end. The method emphasizes intentional decision-making, helping teachers plan with clarity while remaining adaptable and responsive in real time.
This course is appropriate for yoga teachers at all stages of their teaching journey. It supports those who want to refine their sequencing skills, develop more confidence in class planning, and build classes that balance effort and ease.
