Welcome. You’re in the right place.

If you're here, it’s likely you’re navigating your own explant journey. Whether you're freshly recovering, still deciding what's next, or several years into healing, I want you to know that I see you and I admire your courage.

My own explant experience taught me that reconnecting with your body is often both a physical and an emotional process. I needed support that felt safe, informed, and grounded in compassion. I want to offer the same to you.

Yoga became a powerful part of my recovery. Not just as movement, but as a way to rebuild trust in my body.

Your goals might include rebuilding upper-body strength, easing daily movement, or simply feeling more at home in your body again. Whatever your path looks like, I’m here to help you feel supported, capable, and confident as you rebuild.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s move forward together.
