Private yoga is an opportunity to go deeper; to move beyond generic classes and focus on what your body needs to build strength, mobility, and balance.

Each session is carefully sequenced and fully customized, blending yoga, mobility training, and mindful movement principles to help you feel stronger, more open, and more connected in your practice. The focus will always be your goals, your body, and your current needs.

With 20 years in fitness and wellness, I bring an informed, intentional approach to every session to help you progress safely and effectively.
